The fully automatic folder gluer automates feeding, folding, gluing, pressing, and delivery. It operates at 100–300 boxes per minute and uses a servo-controlled glue system that adapts to different board thicknesses, ensuring precise gluing without leakage or excess.

The press-type folder gluer features an intelligent pressure adjustment system that adapts to varying board thicknesses, providing firm adhesion while preventing board crushing or weak bonding.

The semi-automatic folder gluer combines manual assistance with automated functions, operating at approximately 40 boxes per minute. It enables quick order changes and is suitable for versatile mid-sized operations.

The fully automatic folder gluer & stitcher integrates gluing and stitching, supporting glue-only, stitch-only, or combined modes. It achieves ±0.5 mm accuracy and operates at 80–220 sheets per minute.

The dual-servo semi-automatic single-piece stitcher handles single boards without pre-folding. It uses X/Y-axis servo motor control for ≤±0.5 mm precision and reaches speeds up to 450 stitches per minute.

The four-servo semi-automatic double-piece stitcher combines X/Y-axis servo control, an independent stitching head, and servo-controlled pressure for accurate and strong stitching. It supports single- and double-piece cartons with multiple stitching modes (single, double, reinforced) at speeds up to 600 stitches per minute.
