The fully automatic folder gluer machine is designed with three main parts: the feeding & gluing unit, the folding & creasing unit, and the counting & stacking unit. It adopts digital adjustment, PLC-controlled width setting, and dual-frequency synchronization for a simple, precise, and reliable operation. With automatic paper feeding, gluing, folding, counting, and stacking, it achieves an average speed of 220 m/min and up to 500 boxes per minute. High efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection are its key advantages.
Features
- The machine is composed of a feeding & gluing unit, a folding & creasing unit, and a correction counting & output unit.
- Belt-type front-edge suction feeding system ensures accurate and fast delivery of paperboard.
- Automatic glue supply with circulation eliminates glue breaks and manual refilling, saving time and labor.
- Stainless steel glue roller provides corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and uniform coating, using only one-third of the glue compared to manual application.
- The folding unit is equipped with adjustable multi-channel creasing wheels for smoother folding and more precise adhesion.
- The counting unit provides carton accumulation correction with safe, stable, and accurate output. Digital control makes operation easy, and order data can be input without stopping the machine.
- The third section includes a differential function that effectively prevents scissor-mouth defects in cartons.
Feeding Section
- Vacuum suction feeding system easily handles warped paperboard.
- Equipped with high-quality electromagnetic clutch and brake for independent section control and stable operation.
- Adjustable scorer wheel suitable for 2–8 mm thick paperboard.
- Secondary creasing structure improves boards that were not properly creased.
- Pneumatic system for paperboard counting and output, ensuring stable and fast delivery.
Counter & Stacker Section
- Reliable stacking and counting for accurate results.
- Digital control for easy operation without stopping the machine.
- Includes rectification function to keep carton stacks properly aligned.
